Dear sir, My name is pankaj vyas. My user id is : pmvyas Contact no : [protected] As my complain on 6th feb 2019 regarding shifting my broadband service still i dont get any solution from your side. Now i request you to please refund my diffrence money from 6th feb to last date of pack validity. As i m using your servics since last 4 years, i dont expected from your worst service ever. So please refund my money now i dont want to shift my broadband nd i want to refund my money back. I call to your customer care and they said your request has been closed due to you not pay the charge of shifting. How can it will be possible that no any person come to your home for any payment so how can you closed the request. Please solve this matter as early as possbile or i can take this matter at higher level. For your refrence i attach the screenshot of your feedback regarding solution on dated 6-2-19 of my complain nd still dont get any solution from your side.
