I have been using internet since 2 years and many times raised speed related issued. Today i renewed my plan 3 mbps for 15 months and i unable to get that much of speed as mentioned in given plan. It's very bad service provided by gtpl and they don't resolve problems instants and within time. So try to solve customer's problems within time and also improve your customer care services like they don't say just technical team will check and solved. Make it instant solution that makes your good repo.
