My broadband connection with the following details has not been working since march 2020:

I had placed lot of complaints through mails. After a lot of emails the engineer came to check the same but said that the line is a problem and the line goes through a commercial complex which will open only after lockdown that is after may tentatively. He asked me to put a complaint with customer care to provide an extension to the plan as it cannot be repaired before the lockdown, which i did multiple times. But the only reply i got from gtpl was, "cannot be extended".
So i had no internet till june end and im still fighting for my 2.5 months refund or extension.
There has been no resolution provided by gtpl till date. Was this information helpful? |
