In spite of our regular follow ups, our broadband is not working for since 03 days and we are yet to receive any firm reply/action for restoration of broadband connection.
Ticket was raised on 17-june-21, ticket no:10358100, but not resolved yet.
We would like to put on record very poor service response from gtpl. Our connection was down/off so many times.
I called your customer care center but they don’t have any concrete response and pathetic reply to my queries about resolving issue. Hence, i wrote to designated appellate officer mr. Kamal bhatia since last two weeks but is also didn't respond and not pick up the phone also. Was this information helpful? |
