Our 1st TV SN no. FCBCTGFKW & 2nd TV SN NO.[protected].

TV no 1) not working since 5days.
TV no 2) all channels are not coming as paid.Our cable operator is not attending.We would like to make payment directly to you OR ELSE we will have to go for other than GTPL.
