We have applied for transferring our GTPL cable connection as we have recently shifted to our new Home.
Firstly we tried to connect with the local cable operators of our area on September 1, 2016. Initially we waited for resolution of our problem for a few days but since we dint received any positive response from their end we logged a request at Customer Portal for the same on Sept 7, 2016.
After that we were assured that our problem will be resolved within 24 hours but that did not happen.
Therefore we logged another complain regarding the same on Sept 9, 2016. Both the complaints were logged through online portal. There is no provision for providing Request Id for the registered complaints.
We have also dropped mails to the nodal Officers and Appellate Authorities but there is no positive response from their end as well.
Request you to kindly intervene into the matter as we are already loosing our money on each passing day. Was this information helpful? |
