Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Did not receive refund after cancellation of subscription

I took subscription for hathway broadband on 23/08/2021 and paid INR 2831. after a day i mailed hathway to cancel my subscription and refund my money as i was not interested in taking hathway connection any more
installation has not happened . i am getting no response on email for the request to refund subscription amount 2831
