Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — disconnection of the service without intimation and unanswered calls - even after paying regular fees/rent | |||
I am using service of gtpl service sonce more than a year. Yesterday the company has disconnected the connection without any intimation. I called the concerned person and company too but no call was answered. The company website suggests 24*7 service then what was the reason for the unanswered call? Company does not provide service on saturday and sunday. After paying such high amount, this type of service is not acceptable. The company is having one person that looks after the gtpl connections of the entire area. That person is so unprofessional that he does not care to answer the customer complaints any time. He does not even answer the call. Being the salaried person, one gets sunday only to relax. However what if you come to know on friday night that the tv connection shall not work till sunday. * company should not disconnect the connection without intimation * 24*7 service means you have to answer the customer calls at evening of friday. * even after disconnection, the company should justify the same that is not the case here. i paid 5500 for 30mb speed.
today 6 months has gone by worst speed i get.
everytime net goes out.
when complaining about this they say its not our fault in nadiad.
called rakesh who is working in gtpl in nadiad.
please dont buy gtpl net connection, they cheat us.
