Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Facing frequent Broadband downtime issues

For the last few months, we are continuously facing downtime in our broadband connection. The broadband stops working at least 1-2 times daily. There is not a single day when the connection worked smoothly. I am continuously raising this issue with customer care but no progress on the issue. Every time they give the technical reason for the downtime. I don’t understand the team is not able to resolve this issue for a long time? It has been approximately 6-8 months since we are raising this issue and there is no resolution. Also when I try to register complaints via their IVR system, most of the time they do not accept complaints saying the technical issue. Also, they do not have any Nodal officer details where I can raise my issue. When I try to reach their local engineers, most of the time they do not pick up the calls.
