In the last week problem occurred 3 times
What is the status of my refund?
Please give the complain number regarding asking for refund of client-bb[protected]?
More than ten times complained but no response from your end.
Not that this will lead to knock court door as soon as possible.

Subject: not receiving service of broadband connection from last 2 months.

It has come to notice that i have renewed my gtpl broadband connection on may 21, 2020.

Since then your service is almost interrupted..

Today i have complained through mobile in your customer care center and complaint number is not given by nidhi parmar (Date 16/06/2020 13:37)

Every now and then service worsening.

Please solve the problem otherwise refund me full amount rs 5431.25.

Your early action is appreciated.
