I have purchased GTPL broadband before 30 days. I am facing issue since 1st day. I am not able to configure internet through router. Internet is working fine with my laptop, but if i connect cable with router it always show cable not detected. I have already added my router's mac address with my account. I have tried same router at my friends home it works absolutely fine with GTPL, so i am confirmed there is no problem with router, even though i have changed router also. I already did many complaints in GTPL customer care my complaint numbers are 1123760, 1125914, 1128184, 1148353, 1149017, 1158874. But no one arrived to resolve problem, even no one called me also, they are directly closing tickets without any notification to me.
I even called up the guy from GTPL who has filled up the form and received money, but he is also not responding. Instead he replies if you might have purchased router from them they only it would work properly. This is disgusting, if i already had router then why should i purchase another router?
I even sent mail to nodal officer gujarat of gtpl as well as Appellate authority Gujarat before 10 days, but still my complaint is not resolved.
