I have requested for gtpl broardband connection me (Nidhi patel) before 3 month but not getting any connection and proper response. So, i have requested for refund money (7800rs). I have been trying to contact regularly and it's almost 4 month above, but no getting satisfactory response only getting is unwanted excuses. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 28, 2020 Updated by nidhi28 Still not get any response from GTPL. I'm trying to contact on daily basis but not getting any positive reply from them.
