At my home, we took GTPL Broadband, but the connection was very weak that even in same room where the wifi box was there, The signal hardly comes even I was not able to load Gmail on my laptop. So we raised the query, they send 2 time their technical person but there was no solution. After that once again the main technical person cam and he told that the range is poor and I will not get good speed. So we told them to cancel our connection as their technical person only told us there is no other way to get it sorted. So he told us to email them to cancel the connection, so we did that. And then when we told to refund our money as we have paid 1 year of advance. So we told them to cut the 15 days amount and return back the remaining amount. We tried to mail them and also tried to contact customer service, but there was no response and when we called the person who installed it, he told us there is no return policy and he didn't even inform us anything about this policy. As it was their fault, that the connection was poor from their side, still they are not providing the refund and even not replying to our emails.
