I am getting extremely slow internet speed. My plan is 50Mbps but I'm not even getting 1Mbps!! I have logged my complaint with their local team, with the GTPL customer service and even to their appellate authority but all in vain! No one has provided any satisfactory answer. All I hear is that there is some problem that is beyond their control and all customers in my area are having the same issue. This has been going on for more than a month now. To make matters worse, they are providing more internet connections in my area!!
I registered five complaints within two weeks (19th June 2020 to 30th June 2020) and all were marked as resolved within 2-3 business days but my problem hasn't been resolved yet! And, I am now getting even lower speed (less than 1Mbps).
