Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — i am complaining about 3 days and still no response

I am facing still picture and black screen issues on my set top box from 3 days and every single day i am complain to them regarding the issue but the customer representative is only forwading the conpalaint and not resolving the issue. From 3 days noya single person from the company has come to solve or check the issue. I request to resolve my problem.
