Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — installed new gtpl cable connection and there is issue with it but no one is resolving it

I have installed gtpl new cable connection and i am sharing details of it. The day from where he fixed it i am not getting good result and also getting dots on it and i am calling from many days and once he said there is a issue in cable and it would take 2 days and got a call after that but still it is not fixed and no one is picking up the phone.
