Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — internet is not working since last 10 days and gtpl is not resolving it

My internet is not working since last 10 days.

This is 2nd time in 1 month where my internet got disconnected. I raised complain with gtpl and i am following up with them daily, but they are not resolving the issue.

Requesting for a quick resolution (Should resolve by tomorrow evening or give me refund) or get full amount refund with compensation for such inconvenience.
