Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Internet not working since 10 days

I have registered my first complaint on 5th Oct, 2020 with complaint ID - 6947561.The customer care executive told me that my issue will be resolved within 3 working days.But my ticket was closed on 6th October without resolving my issue, so I again raised a complaint on 6th Oct, 2020 with complaint Id - 6972809. But again my ticket was closed on 7th October without resolving my issue. Every time I call the customer care, they raise a complaint and assure me that my issue will be solved by tommorrow but my ticket gets closed without any action .
Finally I again raised a complaint on 11th october, 2020 with complaint id - 7051457. Even after three days my complaint is still pending . No action has been taken. I tried calling customer care multiple times but they only give fake timelines with no action been taken.
I have already paid for 6 months service. Please take strict action against them.
