Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Internet not working since more than 20 days.. SR[protected]

For last 20 days, Home Internet is not working. No response from local person or customer care department after several follow ups .They have taken money in advance but not refunding when there is no service. Even have dropped mail to Mr. Kamal Bhatia on [protected]@gtpl.net for the solution.
