GTPL broadband is down since last Saturday. While calling on customer care, its same update they keep sharing "Team is working on it". While I asked expected resolution time, no one updates on the same. While calling appeal authority desk, they also give same answer
The number on appeal authority desk is always busy and after I spent hr, I was able to talk and got update that they cant have resolution time when service will be up.
I have paid advanced money for Subscription and I am facing this issue, my office work is impacted due to this. Also, customer care told me to visit office physically, This is WORST service provider I have ever seen and I don't recommend to opt for GTPL broadband. Was this information helpful? |
