The internet service is not working for last 3 days. Have tried communicating to the customer care on the number given on the site but is unable to contact them. Every time the reply is switch off. Have also tried contacting the network operator who is providing the service in my area but he is also unreachable. The complaint has been registered by the id bb[protected]. And have also mailed them.
The day since i have taken the broadband connection there has been always a speed issue and many a times there is no internet access. For the same has filed a number of complaints.
many a times the complaints are closed without consenting me of the issue is solved or not.
It has been around 110 days since i have taken the connection of which around 15 to 20 days the internet service was not available. So are we paying to not use internet or for use of internet.
