Even me and my friend is also facing the same issue, we are following them through Emails, WhatsApp, Phone calls also but there is no use. Regretting now for continuing with GTPL. Time to change the connection if the doesn't get resolve. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)

Regretting now for continuing with GTPL. Time to change the connection if the doesn't get resolve. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
