I have had broadband service of gtpl for last 18 months. my plan is fiber 60 Mbps. my id remesh_0866 . my mobile no [protected] -registered with gtpl.I am at Karamsad-ANAND pin 388325
Sir I have made many complaints with gtpl regarding low speed and speed fluctuations. frequent stoppage of broadband service- I give here with the details
1.I raised complaints of low speed and speed fluctuation on 17 Th May 22 It was registered -ticket no #17500568.Without attending to my complaint of low broadband speed and speed fluctuations I got a message " GTPL ticket # 17500568 is resolved now.You may complain within 30 days if you are not satisfied "
Earlier I have also approached the nodal officer of gtpl but it was not helpful
It is a common practice of gtpl that without attending to the complaint send a message to the concerned complainer that YOUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I earnestly request you to look into the matter and I am sure you will definitely do the needful
