Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Net speed goes always down where my plan is 2 mbps and rvc only 1.2 mbps

My self abbas umatiya, i am customer of gtpl broadband, userid abbasali08
Mo [protected] my problem was very old since i had purchased this plan, , my plan is 512 kbps and 2 mbps but unfortunately i am recieve only 1 and less than 1 mbps, i was complaint many times still no engineer was come and no visited, such i am very feeling bad for this poor service,
