I applied for a new broadband connection at GTPL on 04/09/2020. The agent asked me to do online payment for the process to start. The amount was Rs 3800. When I made the payment, my first transaction got failed, so I had to transfer the amount again. So I paid Rs 7600 in total.
Around 24/09/2020, GTPL said that the broadband connection is not possible at my location. They said that they will make a refund. But it has been now more than 2 months and I have not got my money back, not even for the failed transaction one. I have a full mail chain with GTPL going on where they are not giving any update on why is it taking so long. The agent whom I contacted is not picking up my calls now.
I am raising this complaint to get my 7600 rs back as GTPL hasn't provided me with the connection. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction made to GTPL.
