I had requested for a GTPL connection shifting on 13th of March and later on I was told that I need to do the payment before shifting on 20th of March. As asked, I did the payment but there has not been any intimation from your end. It has been 7 days since I made the payment but no executive has been sent to the premises even after the payment. I am highly disappointed with the service that I’m getting. And on 27 March 2023 the customer care says sir your payment is pending but I have paid the 560 rupees shifting charge on 20 March 2023 and they said to mail the receipt on
[protected]@gtpl.net and you will get reply within 24 hours but till now I didn't got the reply from the gtpl and the request no applied on 13 March is 726851
