Hi,
I had done GTPL Broadband Connection recharge worth 4000rs via GTPL mobile application on 17th march.
But my internet not starred working, when i compliant this with customer care they provided me a technician contact number, that technician confirm me that GTPL Broadband connection is no more in my area.
Then i again contacted with customer care as they inform they cann't help me in this and asked me to write mail on your [protected]@gtpl.net.
I had written multiple mails to them requesting to refund my money, but they are not ready to return and just sending Apology for this.
I didn't need their apology i need my money back. Was this information helpful? |
