I am using gtpl broadband service since last 12-15 days and have lost connection for 5-6 times in between and that too not for a short period. The lost connection issue usually remains for 5-6 hours. Apart from that the speed is also not good as i am paying for 40 mbps plan. When i raised complaint in gtpl customer support they closed my ticket without providing any solution to me.
I am paying for this connection for my office work, if it gets lost like this continuously it affect my work and business reputation.
I am not getting proper service for what i have paid for.
Please do the needful or get me refund.
