My internet is offline since 26TH JUNE, 2022. Typically GTPL resolves complain in 48 hour. But when my router stopped working, they are not replacing it or not telling charges/ anything about it via email.
I SAID THAT I WILL PAY RIGHT AWAY IF YOU SEND ME EMAIL, BUT THEIR MAIL TEAM IS DEAD OR TEMPLATE BASED RESPONSE BY BOTS ONLY. Sales team with no identity calls me to pay or forget it.
I have raised so many tickets numbered - #18809122, #18578930, #18628241, #18618143, #18501456, #18501909, #18484066, #18483934, #18476397, #18436999, #18432719, #18411618, #19088952, #19089236, #19036034, #18916770 and many many emails.
I am just devastated that how can be one company with crores of turnover so careless? NO LAW IS PERFECT. BUT I THINK GTPL IS ABOVE CONSUMER OR INDIAN LAW AND THEY DON'T FEAR ABOUT ANYTHING.
Since it's my family that's suffering, i've no option but to buy an router. I HOPE THAT EMPLOYEES OF GTPL ARE GETTING THEIR CHEAP THRILLS by misguiding/fooling us. Was this information helpful? |
