Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — rs 560 payment already did but 15 day still broadband connection not shifted

Hello sir, i am tejas gajjar working as software engineer recently i have shifted naroda to sola. Here are timeline.

Customer call to request shifting process:

17 october 2018
Received technician call and did payment using google pay 560 rs
