It's been over 20 days since request for connection shifting was made and when last called in customer care came to know to request is already closed and they mentioned the address and n both provided are wrong.
I mean are you guys nuts? Your service representatives font have brains? They are saying to visit nearest gtpl center I mean for what, if you can't provide service just say no why waste time.
I mailed the issue and was asked for address and it's over 10 days even on that, I mean haven't met any company providing such stupid service. Nobody bothers to call yo update of situation, they stupid can't even provide a message for service or complaint, what the hell guys, stop thugging people. Was this information helpful? |
