Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Shifting of connection and refund | |||||
On 15th december i paid the amount for shifting of connection for broadband and paid the charges amount. But it has been more than 40 days no customer care official or branch office person are answering. I have all mail communication with the company with same reply that we are looking into it. My 6 months advance money is with them. Neither are they refunding the same nor are they shifting the connection. I am in dilemma since i cannot get other conne tion till there is clarity about the same. Please guid how to proceed and take action against them.
