[Resolved]  Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — they did fraud with me

Gtpl sales person collect cheque on 5th dec. 2018 for renew and shift service to other address and he said it will take max. 3-4 days but i still didn't get any solution from them after 4-5 complaints.

They deduct money on 7-8 dec. 2018 but i still didn't get their service and their customer support and management team not giving any solution.

Also their nodal officer number and email is not valid as they provide on their website and when i email to one of their nodal officer then they said its not for broadband services.

Whenever i complaint to their customer support then they just give me complaint number and said our person will give you solution within 24 hours but it's not happened yet.

After all i am suffering from last 1 month about this issue but they even don't care about their customer after took money.

When i tried to contact gtpl sales person and i said i need solution otherwise i will file a fir against all of you then he softly said go for it so i don't think so they are professionals.

I just need help
