Dear sir,
I want to tell you that i took connection from gtpl in patna in january and paid the installation charge rs 2400 to one of the employee/agent. After 7 months i shifted my house locally around 2.5 km from previous adreess. Then i requested them to transfer my connection as they said that will be done in 7-8 days. After that they are not responding the customer as it is well known you can check on google reviews i went to the head office of patna but they simply said that they can’t give connection because it is around 120 m far from the depo not possible to provide the connection after calling repeatedly and visting patna head office.
Now i want you to focus on the issue that as i paid 2500 and still 3 months in advanced paid now around 50 days still left.
If a company can’t provide service from one place to another in the range of 2.5 km and charging hefty amount of installation and they said during the installation that they will transfer the connection now they simply refused.
I asked for the return atleast the advanced paid for 3 months they refused because i signed it.
They are fooling the customers like this.
Please take some strict action against them and set an example.
