I would like to highlight the unethical sales practices being done in acquiring new customers without informing.
I had applied for 100 Mbps connection and paid for 1 year in advance along with static IP.
Before installation, I was assured of proper services for my personal web server installation.
Unfortunately, just after installation, your sales guy and engineer says that they don't support bridge mode. This false commitment has rendered by Omada gateway and firewall useless.
Before making payment, I had clearly informed the sales person about my gateway and firewall devices who visited my residence. But now he says he does not even know what bridge mode is.
The second unethical thing was misinformation related to connection speeds. I was NEVER informed about hal[censored]pload speeds. This effectively leads to slower reachability of the server installed.
Neither sales nor installation engineer has informed me about such policy. Also the documents sent by him does not mention about hal[censored]pload speeds.
This is purely misleading and misinformation to acquire customers and can be termed as fraud.
Therefore, I hereby require you to cancel my connection and refund the amount paid in full at the earliest.
