Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — wiring problem and internet service down

Wiring has been done through other peoples houses on trees since the past 6 months, the technical team never responds. I have complained a minimum of 20 times in the past month. The internet service is down. No one comes to help and fix and talks rudelt with customers
