I have placed a new connection request on 14th Jan, 2022 and I was promised that installation will take place on 17th Jan, 2022 by the sales person. The payment was immediately taken with I'd proofs, once the payment was taken, no services are provided and topic is dodged of installation. I am working from home and since 17th of Jan, I am unable join due to no internet connection and i am at loss of pay due to the same. Will GTPL take responsibility for the loss of salary ? I am calling every day to the sales person for the connection but there is no accurate response and keeps dodging the topic of installation. This is absolutely unacceptable. Other service providers like Airtel and Jio provides better service. Big mistake of taking this connection. I will never ever suggest anyone to go for this connection. Was this information helpful? |
