[Resolved] Hathway — Harassing in the name of non returning of modem though it was returned | |||
I am from hyderabad. I had an hathway account (A/c no. [protected]) in 2016 april. I got it disconnected in around oct 2016. They took the Modem back after 2 or 3 months of disconnection. And now on 30th july 2020, I have got a call saying, you have not returned the modem and you need to pay 2500 as device lost charges otherwise we will send a legal notice. To avoid this, you can pay 512/- to renew your account and we will raise the issue that the modem is returned. Then you will get the 512/- rs refund within an hour. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
