I am in a distress due to continuous harassment by Hathway sales team
Background of this issue :
8 months back I moved to the new house with in Tamilnadu, Chennai ( Kotturpuram to Perungudi),
While the movement, I requested for reactivation of my old hathway connection in the new house in Perungudi
But as per the sales team it was not feasible and they opened a new connection ( [protected]), after the same I was continuously getting a call from hathway to
Re-activate the old connection, for which I have to explain them each time (which was frustrating and they were not logging the information anywhere and keep on calling me daily for 8 months till now)
Above is not the actual concern, the actual concern is recently the same sales team called me and offered me lot of offers to re-activate the old connection (sun network access and other free android box), and they asked me to de-activate the existing Hathway connection ([protected]) for the same – but I said it was active till 7th of November month
So the sale team said they will arrange a call back before the same and re-activate the old connection
I did the same not say yes or no since I was not aware what was happening, meanwhile person called me and asked me to give a OTP from the hatchway so I shared
Now the issue – Hathway sales team took 755 rupees from Lazy pay in my name and I am continuously getting sms and emails from lazy pay to repay the due
Which I was not aware it was taken by the hathway team to re-activate the old connection,
Please HELP me to resolve this issue (its kind of frustrating to me since I think I got cheated by Hathway sales team
