[Resolved] Hathway — Harassment, not discontinuing | |
I have stated clearly to Hathway (through calls and email) that I do not wish to continue their connections. I get calls from them continuously every day throughout the day. My account number is [protected]. The last conversation I had was with Mahesh Cambi ([protected]) who very persistent about renewal even though I stated I do not want that repeatedly. I get calls from different numbers and blocking is ineffective. I want the harassment to stop as it has started to affect my daily life. Jun 30, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I had contacted the relevant Appellate- there is a different one for every city, which can be found on https://www.hathway.com/Broadband/AppellateAuthority. He arranged for an executive to contact me and pick up the router. The process took time but it happened. After few days of the collection, confirmation that my account will be terminated was received. The call harassment had stopped entirely after 24th and before that, it had eased a bit, either because of my complaint here or because of contacting the Appellate. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
