I requested service cancellation, and the executive collected the device on 2nd June 2022. Even after collecting the device, I have constantly received calls daily regarding service renewal. I have registered multiple complaints with customer service for DND requests, but no action has been taken. They sometimes call 2 to 3 times a day for renewal requests which is harassment and abuse of power.
I request for stoppage of calls and SMS from hathway in order to let me live in peace.
