Hi my name is hiren. Below mails hv sent to hathway and many complaints hv given on phone. Although i am complaining from last 10 days none of their engineer visited to solve the issue. Today morning i called your customer support and they assured me that speed problem will be rectified by today evening. But again as expected worst service from your end. Just now hv checked speed at speedtest.Net and below is the link for your Reference. Http://www.Speedtest.Net/my-result/[protected]if You can not improve then on 17th august ( i hv taken connection on 18th Of july ) please discontinue your services and refund my amount. I hv given many complaints reg speed in last one week. My experience is very bad in dealing with you guys. First complaint hv given on 2nd august and few more in next 3-4 days. Not received any calls from your end reg my complaint. Yesterday august 8th twice hv visited your kandivali branch and explained them that i am incurring heavy loss in my work, they assured me it wl get fixed by evening. Nothing done so yesterday evening i told your customer support ( I shouted ) to discontinue services and refund my amount. In next one hour hv started receiving proper speed. Late evening somebody from kandivali office called me asking for status. I said now speed is ok. Today late evening exactly after 24 hours again speed problem started. What right you guys hv to take money in advance if you can not look in customer complaints and satisfy them ? For new connection your 4 staff members called me when i gave call back request on your website but for my complain no body has time to call back ?. Every time removing all connections and re-connecting it, is not the only solution. Now at 11.40 pm on speedtest.Net i am getting 0.3 mbps download speed and upload speed says connecting only from last 3 mins and finally upload test error. My plan is 50mbps speed 25 gb monthly. Pls give me solution monday morning itself. If you can not then pls discontinue your services and refund total amount i paid you at the time of connection. I think i have wasted enough time behind you guys where today i am not getting even 1 mbps speed. You please ask your concerned branch to discontinue my services and refund my balance amount as problem is always from your side.

From 16th to 19th evening - 3 days i got good speed but again from last 24 hrs it is down. I am loosing heavily as i work from home as a consultant. I am seriously thinking of switching to another service provider.
