Hathway — hathway broadband network issue not resolved

I karthik r raised a complaint for extreme slowness of internet speed under hathway broadband app. It was raised on 17th september 2020 at 9.49 am under the ticket number 17092020m054354. Even after so many calls made to the customer care, they simply mention it is in progress and no one resolves it, one of the most pathetic technical support.

It has not been even a week of installation and already there are so many issues and bad customer service.
