Hathway — Hathway cable tv signal issues

I have been using Hathway Cable TV set up box. Most of the times Cable will be disconnected. Always it gives error message as Setup box is unable to receive a signal. On 24th Feb 2016 night time, signal was continuously having issues. I have been asking cable provider to fix it and he says its problem with main Hathway signal. No one is bothered to fix it. Really i am frustrated with this Hathway Cable. Please help us to get this fixed or provide other operators for Cable connections. As per my experience, Hathway is the worst cable TV providers.
