Hathway — Hathway dth box not activated since 2 month's, cable operator is not responding.

Set top box has been showing message "box is waiting for initite"
Cable operator is ganesh satcomm enterprises east marredpally secunderabad.
Person in charge hasn't been responding to our texts and calls since installing the box.
