Before leaving Hyderbad in the month of October, 2020 I applied in Hathway protal to terminate my connection and to take back the modem device. I have mailed them several times to take back the device as I need to leave Hyderabad due to pandemic situation that time. I had also paid in between around Rs 400 as I got a call from the helpdesk that I need to buy the modem after 3-4 months leving Hyderabad.
Now Hathway harrasing me to return back the modem or I need to pay penalty for the modem. I told I am outside Hyderabad and i want to courier the device, but Hathway not providing proper address to whom I should send the device. I have given repetitive mail to Hathway customer care but didn't receive a proper reply from them.
Now despite multiple times telling them currently I am not in Hyderabad form customer care they are telling me to take new connection with new modem device or else my connection will not get terminated. Was this information helpful? |
