My home broadband is NOT working since 5-Dec-2023. Already raised complaint in broadband portal and its showing in-progress status. But nobody is resolving this issue. Now they are saying that, my account got deactivated as I did not renew it on 13-Dec-2023.
Since my plan is a prepaid one, I asked to resolve the issue and then I will renew it immediately. But Hathway executive are saying that they can not resolve the issue until I renew it.
Since Hathway is NOT ready to resolve the issue, i may surrender the connection within 1 or 2 days as even for prepaid plan also, first they are looking for money and NOT ready to resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
