My internet is down from last 6 days and i have complained about it multiple times but it is still not resolved. After waiting for 5 days i demanded to connect me with superviser but customer service team(shilpa, aqeel, Ahmad) made the false promise and i never got the call. Infact aqeel told me that his supervisor shanwaz doesn't have time to talk with customer. I called them today again and they (Avinash) made the same promise again. Best part is that i am getting ticket resolved msg everyday so they resolve tickets without resolving the issue. I think for SLA. Hathway account 1260004 Was this information helpful? | |||||

Never go for hathway internet.they sucks because they dont have experties to resolve the issues and their SLA'S will frustate you. Sometimes they takes more than 6 days to resolve the issue
