I have shifted to new rented house on 5th August, 2023 and raised a request for shifting hathway connection to my new address on 4th August 2023, and I already made the payment for this transfer request as it isn't accepting without payment. After multiple follow ups and calls to customer care till date 8th August 2023, shifting was not yet done. Calling cc every day but the executives are not responding properly.
I have already recharged my connection for 3 months and its valid till October and from last 5 days i am not able use the internet as shifting is not done yet.
Please help me in this regard to get the amount back or shifting done asap and extend the renewal to those days which i lost without using the internet. Thank you.
