Hathway — horrundously poor customer service from Hathway broadband | |||
My cust. ID is 1219994 for Hathway Broadband I am having a 50 MBPS connection. My connection was downgrades to 0.5 MBPS because my download limit was exceeded in Jan15. I topped up the account for 10GB by paying Rs 562 on 11.1.15. I have registered a complaint 4 times on phone [11638870, 11642103 ] on cust care number and two time on helpdesk email. They are just giving false promises and closing the complaint [ I get SMS to that effect] without solving my problem. Every time they are giving me different explanations which I cannot understand. Today 16.1.15, even after 5 days, My account is still not credited for this amount as well as connection speed is not restored as per contract. I am only getting false promises without solving my problem nor am I being told what is the problem. So even after paying full charges, for last 5 days, and also spending money on many telephone calls, I am totally helpless. Will Hathway compensate for my lost time, money and mental torture?
